We carefully staged the exhibits on specially manufactured glass tables and free-standing plinths. As eye-catchers, illuminated speech bubbles were hung over the plinths, drawing even more attention to those exhibits.
In their determination to bring even more value to the Electronica visitors, NCAB held specialized lectures several times a day at a location away frp, their exhibition stand. These lectures were professionally filmed and then projected back to their space and played on a large LED wall.
The catering area had an open seating plan, plenty of stools, and was warmly lit, all of which invited people in to sit and exchange ideas and to cultivate contacts. This oasis effect was further enhance by a wood-panelled wall and the lovingly placed flower bouquets which acted as a room divider.
