Now it gives us great pleasure to introduce our newest international option: Heilmaier Messedesign Shanghai! With a dynamic team of designers and project managers, this subsidiary enterprise of Heilmaier Messedesign opened its doors in February 2012.
Our six highly qualified and experienced staff in our Shanghai office are there to help with all your needs in the Asia-Pacific realm. Our Chinese colleagues are already familiar not only with all the major venues in Asia, but also the peculiarities and challenges specific to each location.

10th anniversary – Heilmaier Messedesign Shanghai
Heilmaier Exhibition Design Ltd. Shanghai can look back on a successful 10 year run of being a successful tradeshow full-service provider in China. In February 2012, in Shanghai’s old town district of YangPu, Thorsten Hörner, Managing Director of Heilmaier GmbH Messedesign Munich, together with Zheng Luo, founded this new subsidiary.
Since then, our reliable Shanghai team of project managers and designers have gained a comprehensive knowledge not only of the events industry in China, but also of the challenges presented in various trade fair locations throughout Asia. This has enabled the Shangahi office to ensure an uncomplicated and individual realization of the trade show stands over the last 10 years.
A big thank you to our employees in Shanghai for 10 years of excellent work. Together we have managed many exhibition projects and events for our international customers and we look forward to many more years and many more exciting projects.
